Purchasing Tickets

All tickets for Channel 24 may be purchased in advance online through apeconcerts.com, channel24sac.com or ticketmaster.com. “Tickets may also be purchased via the Ticketmaster Mobile App.

Channel 24 Box Office is located at 1800 24th Street Sacramento, CA 95816.

HOURS
We do not have regular box office hours at Channel 24 but we are open for sales 30 minutes prior to doors on all show nights. Please note that presale tickets are only available online.

If there are still tickets available to purchase on the day of the event, you may purchase them in person at the box office. Some shows sell very quickly and do not always have tickets available on the day of the show, so we suggest you buy tickets ahead of time.

The box office accepts:
Visa, American Express, Discover and Mastercard and digital methods of payment. Checks are NOT accepted.

Please remember to check your tickets before leaving the window as all sales are final — tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.

CASHLESS

Channel 24 is a cashless venue! Credit cards, debit cards, and digital methods of payment are accepted at all points of sale.

ACCESSIBLE TICKETS

To purchase accessible seating, click the "request accessible tickets" link on the Ticketmaster event page or in person at Channel 24’s box office.

If you have tickets for a show but were unable to get accessible seating, we will be able to accommodate you on the night of the show and you do not need to make reservations in advance. We recommend that you arrive close to door time (as space is first come, first served) and ask for our ADA liaison at the entrance who will be able to escort you to an accessible section in the venue.

WILL CALL

The Will Call window opens approximately 30 minutes prior to doors for each show. Be sure to bring photo ID, the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets, and your Ticketmaster order number as any or all of these may be required for ticket pick up.

REFUNDS

All tickets are purchased on a no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations basis and are only usable for the day, date and time selected at the time of purchase.

* Be wary of buying tickets from any third party website. Channel 24 has no way of validating, or replacing tickets that have been purchased through any website other than channel24sac.com, apeconcerts.com or ticketmaster.com. We cannot seat or refund you for an invalidated ticket.

RESCHEDULED AND CANCELED SHOWS

If a show is canceled or rescheduled, you may return to the point of purchase to request a refund. If you purchased tickets in person at Channel 24’s Box Office and would like to request a refund, please reach out to [email protected].
